ফার্মাকোলজি
Clotrimazole is a broad-spectrum imidazole antifungal that damages the fungal cell membrane. Betamethasone dipropionate is a potent corticosteroid that relieves inflammation and itching.
ক্লোট্রিমাজোল একটি ব্রড-স্পেকট্রাম ইমিডাজোল জাতীয় ছত্রাকনাশক, যা ছত্রাকের কোষঝিল্লি নষ্ট করে। বিটামিথাসোন ডাইপ্রোপিওনেট একটি শক্তিশালী কর্টিকোস্টেরয়েড, যা প্রদাহ ও চুলকানি উপশম করে।
মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Apply thinly to the affected and surrounding skin 2 times daily, in the morning and at night.
Tinea cruris and tinea corporis: for 2 weeks. Tinea pedis: for up to 4 weeks.
আক্রান্ত ও আশপাশের ত্বকে পাতলা করে দিনে ২ বার, সকালে ও রাতে লাগাতে হবে।
কুঁচকি ও শরীরের দাদে: ২ সপ্তাহ। পায়ের দাদে: সর্বোচ্চ ৪ সপ্তাহ।
পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
Burning, stinging, dryness and irritation at the site of application. Prolonged use may cause thinning of the skin and stretch marks.
প্রয়োগের স্থানে জ্বালাপোড়া, শিরশির অনুভূতি, শুষ্কতা ও অস্বস্তি। দীর্ঘদিন ব্যবহারে ত্বক পাতলা হয়ে যাওয়া ও ফাটা দাগ হতে পারে।
সতর্কতা
For external use only. Do not use for longer than recommended, under occlusive dressings or for nappy rash. Not recommended for children under 12 years. Avoid contact with the eyes.
শুধুমাত্র বাহ্যিক ব্যবহারের জন্য। নির্দেশিত সময়ের বেশি, বায়ুরোধী ব্যান্ডেজের নিচে বা ন্যাপি র্যাশে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। ১২ বছরের কম বয়সী শিশুদের জন্য নির্দেশিত নয়। চোখে যেন না লাগে।
যাদের জন্য নিষেধ
Viral or tubercular skin infections, acne, rosacea, perioral dermatitis and hypersensitivity to clotrimazole, other imidazoles or corticosteroids.
ভাইরাস বা যক্ষ্মাজনিত ত্বকের সংক্রমণ, ব্রণ, রোজেসিয়া, পেরিওরাল ডার্মাটাইটিস এবং ক্লোট্রিমাজোল, অন্যান্য ইমিডাজোল বা কর্টিকোস্টেরয়েডের প্রতি অতিসংবেদনশীলতা।

Store below 30°C, away from light. Do not freeze. Keep the tube or container tightly closed. Keep out of the reach of children.
