Betamethasone is a potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and itching. Neomycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic active against many bacteria that infect the skin.
বিটামিথাসোন একটি শক্তিশালী কর্টিকোস্টেরয়েড, যা প্রদাহ ও চুলকানি কমায়। নিওমাইসিন একটি অ্যামাইনোগ্লাইকোসাইড অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক, যা ত্বকে সংক্রমণকারী বহু ব্যাকটেরিয়ার বিরুদ্ধে কার্যকর।
মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Apply thinly to the affected area 2 to 3 times daily.
Treatment should not normally be continued for more than 7 days without medical advice.
আক্রান্ত স্থানে পাতলা করে দিনে ২ থেকে ৩ বার লাগাতে হবে।
চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ ছাড়া সাধারণত ৭ দিনের বেশি ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়।
পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
Burning, itching and irritation at the site of application; skin sensitisation to neomycin. Prolonged use may cause thinning of the skin and stretch marks.
প্রয়োগের স্থানে জ্বালাপোড়া, চুলকানি ও অস্বস্তি; নিওমাইসিনের প্রতি ত্বকের সংবেদনশীলতা। দীর্ঘদিন ব্যবহারে ত্বক পাতলা হয়ে যাওয়া ও ফাটা দাগ হতে পারে।
সতর্কতা
For external use only. Avoid prolonged use and use on large or broken areas of skin, particularly in children, the elderly and in renal impairment, because absorbed neomycin may harm hearing and the kidneys. Avoid contact with the eyes.
শুধুমাত্র বাহ্যিক ব্যবহারের জন্য। দীর্ঘদিন এবং বিস্তৃত বা ক্ষতযুক্ত ত্বকে ব্যবহার পরিহার করতে হবে, বিশেষত শিশু, বয়স্ক ও কিডনির সমস্যায়, কারণ শোষিত নিওমাইসিন শ্রবণশক্তি ও কিডনির ক্ষতি করতে পারে। চোখে যেন না লাগে।
যাদের জন্য নিষেধ
Viral, fungal or tubercular skin infections, acne, rosacea, perioral dermatitis and hypersensitivity to neomycin or other aminoglycosides.
ভাইরাস, ছত্রাক বা যক্ষ্মাজনিত ত্বকের সংক্রমণ, ব্রণ, রোজেসিয়া, পেরিওরাল ডার্মাটাইটিস এবং নিওমাইসিন বা অন্যান্য অ্যামাইনোগ্লাইকোসাইডের প্রতি অতিসংবেদনশীলতা।

Store below 30°C, away from light. Do not freeze. Keep the tube or container tightly closed. Keep out of the reach of children.
