ফার্মাকোলজি
Fexofenadine is a selective peripheral H1 receptor antagonist. It does not cross the blood-brain barrier to a significant extent, so it rarely causes drowsiness and has no anticholinergic effect.
Fexofenadine একটি সিলেক্টিভ প্রান্তীয় H1 রিসেপ্টর অ্যান্টাগোনিস্ট। এটি উল্লেখযোগ্য মাত্রায় মস্তিষ্কে প্রবেশ করে না, তাই ঝিমুনি খুব কম হয় এবং অ্যান্টিকোলিনার্জিক প্রভাব নেই।
মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Allergic rhinitis, adult and child 12 years and over: 120 mg once daily (or 60 mg twice daily).
Chronic urticaria, adult and child 12 years and over: 180 mg once daily.
Child 2-11 years: 30 mg twice daily (5 ml of suspension 30 mg/5 ml).
অ্যালার্জিক রাইনাইটিস, প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ও ১২ বছর বা তার বেশি বয়সী শিশু: 120 mg দিনে একবার (অথবা 60 mg দিনে দুইবার)।
ক্রনিক আর্টিকারিয়া, প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ও ১২ বছর বা তার বেশি বয়সী শিশু: 180 mg দিনে একবার।
শিশু ২-১১ বছর: 30 mg দিনে দুইবার (30 mg/5 ml সাসপেনশন 5 ml)।
পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
Headache, drowsiness, dizziness, nausea and dry mouth.
মাথাব্যথা, ঝিমুনি, মাথা ঘোরা, বমি বমি ভাব ও মুখ শুকিয়ে যাওয়া।
সতর্কতা
Do not take antacids containing aluminium or magnesium within 2 hours, and avoid taking with fruit juice, as absorption is reduced. Use with caution in renal impairment, the elderly, pregnancy and breast-feeding.
অ্যালুমিনিয়াম বা ম্যাগনেসিয়ামযুক্ত অ্যান্টাসিড ২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সেবন করবেন না এবং ফলের রসের সাথে সেবন পরিহার করুন, কারণ এতে শোষণ কমে যায়। কিডনির সমস্যা, বয়স্ক রোগী, গর্ভাবস্থা ও স্তন্যদানকালে সতর্কতা প্রয়োজন।

Hypersensitivity to fexofenadine or any ingredient of the preparation.

সংরক্ষণ
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place, away from light. Keep out of the reach of children.
৩০°সে. তাপমাত্রার নিচে, আলো থেকে দূরে, ঠান্ডা ও শুষ্ক স্থানে রাখুন। শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে রাখুন।
