Indications
Moderate to severe symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Reduction of the risk of acute urinary retention and surgery in such patients.

Pharmacology
Tamsulosin relaxes the smooth muscle of the prostate and bladder neck, giving rapid relief of symptoms; dutasteride blocks the conversion of testosterone to DHT and gradually reduces the size of the prostate.
ট্যামসুলোসিন প্রোস্টেট ও মূত্রথলির গ্রীবার মসৃণ পেশি শিথিল করে দ্রুত উপসর্গ উপশম করে; ডুটাস্টেরাইড টেস্টোস্টেরনের DHT-তে রূপান্তর রোধ করে ধীরে ধীরে প্রোস্টেটের আকার কমায়।
Dosage & Administration
Adult men: 1 capsule once daily, about 30 minutes after the same meal each day.
Swallow the capsule whole; do not open or chew.
প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক পুরুষ: দৈনিক একবার ১টি ক্যাপসুল, প্রতিদিন একই বেলার খাবারের প্রায় ৩০ মিনিট পর।
ক্যাপসুল আস্ত গিলে খেতে হবে; খোলা বা চিবানো যাবে না।
Side Effects
Dizziness, abnormal ejaculation, decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, breast tenderness or enlargement and postural hypotension.
মাথা ঘোরা, বীর্যপাতের অস্বাভাবিকতা, যৌন আগ্রহ কমে যাওয়া, লিঙ্গোত্থানে সমস্যা, স্তনে ব্যথা বা স্তন বড় হওয়া এবং দাঁড়ালে রক্তচাপ কমে যাওয়া।
Precautions & Warnings
Blood pressure may fall on standing. Dutasteride lowers the PSA level. Inform the eye surgeon before cataract surgery. Women who are or may become pregnant must not handle leaking capsules. Blood should not be donated until 6 months after the last dose.
দাঁড়ালে রক্তচাপ কমে যেতে পারে। ডুটাস্টেরাইড PSA-এর মাত্রা কমিয়ে দেয়। ছানির অস্ত্রোপচারের আগে চক্ষু সার্জনকে জানাতে হবে। গর্ভবতী বা গর্ভধারণের সম্ভাবনা আছে এমন নারীদের ফেটে যাওয়া ক্যাপসুল স্পর্শ করা যাবে না। শেষ মাত্রা সেবনের ৬ মাস পার না হওয়া পর্যন্ত রক্তদান করা যাবে না।
Contraindications
Women, children and adolescents; history of postural hypotension; severe hepatic impairment; hypersensitivity to tamsulosin, dutasteride or other 5-alpha reductase inhibitors.
নারী, শিশু ও কিশোর; দাঁড়ালে রক্তচাপ কমে যাওয়ার ইতিহাস; যকৃতের তীব্র সমস্যা; ট্যামসুলোসিন, ডুটাস্টেরাইড বা অন্যান্য ৫-আলফা রিডাকটেজ ইনহিবিটরের প্রতি অতিসংবেদনশীলতা।
Storage Conditions
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place, away from light. Keep out of the reach of children.
৩০°C তাপমাত্রার নিচে, আলো থেকে দূরে, ঠান্ডা ও শুষ্ক স্থানে রাখুন। শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে রাখুন।
