ফার্মাকোলজি
Adapalene normalises the shedding of follicular cells and reduces inflammation, while benzoyl peroxide kills the acne-causing bacteria; the two act together on different causes of acne.
অ্যাডাপালিন লোমকূপের কোষের ঝরে পড়া স্বাভাবিক করে ও প্রদাহ কমায়, আর বেনজয়িল পারঅক্সাইড ব্রণ সৃষ্টিকারী ব্যাকটেরিয়া ধ্বংস করে; দুটি উপাদান ব্রণের ভিন্ন ভিন্ন কারণের উপর একসাথে কাজ করে।
মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Apply thinly to the affected area once daily at bedtime, after washing and drying the skin.
ত্বক ধুয়ে শুকিয়ে নিয়ে আক্রান্ত স্থানে পাতলা করে দিনে একবার রাতে শোবার সময় লাগাতে হবে।
পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
Dryness, redness, peeling, burning and irritation of the skin, mostly in the first weeks of treatment.
ত্বকের শুষ্কতা, লালচে ভাব, চামড়া ওঠা, জ্বালাপোড়া ও অস্বস্তি, সাধারণত চিকিৎসার প্রথম কয়েক সপ্তাহে।
সতর্কতা
For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, lips, nostrils and broken skin. Avoid strong sunlight and UV lamps; use a sunscreen. It may bleach hair and coloured fabrics. Women of childbearing age should use effective contraception.
শুধুমাত্র বাহ্যিক ব্যবহারের জন্য। চোখ, ঠোঁট, নাকের ছিদ্র ও ক্ষতযুক্ত ত্বকে যেন না লাগে। কড়া রোদ ও অতিবেগুনি আলো পরিহার করতে হবে; সানস্ক্রিন ব্যবহার করা উচিত। এটি চুল ও রঙিন কাপড়ের রং হালকা করে দিতে পারে। সন্তান ধারণক্ষম নারীদের কার্যকর জন্মনিয়ন্ত্রণ পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

Pregnancy and hypersensitivity to adapalene or benzoyl peroxide.

সংরক্ষণ
Store below 30°C, away from light. Do not freeze. Keep the tube or container tightly closed. Keep out of the reach of children.
৩০°C তাপমাত্রার নিচে, আলো থেকে দূরে রাখুন। হিমায়িত করবেন না। টিউব বা পাত্রের মুখ ভালোভাবে বন্ধ রাখুন। শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে রাখুন।
