ফার্মাকোলজি
Aspirin irreversibly inhibits the cyclo-oxygenase enzyme in platelets, blocking formation of thromboxane A2. This reduces platelet aggregation for the life of the platelet and helps prevent clots in the arteries.
Aspirin অণুচক্রিকার সাইক্লো-অক্সিজিনেজ এনজাইমকে অপরিবর্তনীয়ভাবে বাধা দিয়ে থ্রম্বোক্সেন A2 তৈরি বন্ধ করে। ফলে অণুচক্রিকার জীবনকাল জুড়ে এদের জমাট বাঁধার প্রবণতা কমে এবং ধমনীতে রক্ত জমাট বাঁধা প্রতিরোধ হয়।
মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Adult: 75-150 mg once daily, after food.
Suspected heart attack: 300 mg chewed as a single dose, as directed by the physician.
প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: 75-150 mg দিনে একবার, খাবারের পর।
হার্ট অ্যাটাকের আশঙ্কায়: চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী 300 mg একবারে চিবিয়ে।
পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
Indigestion, nausea, stomach irritation, gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcer, increased bleeding tendency and bronchospasm in sensitive patients.
বদহজম, বমি বমি ভাব, পাকস্থলীতে জ্বালা, পরিপাকতন্ত্রে রক্তক্ষরণ বা আলসার, রক্তক্ষরণের প্রবণতা বৃদ্ধি এবং সংবেদনশীল রোগীতে ব্রঙ্কোস্পাজম।
সতর্কতা
Use with caution in asthma, history of peptic ulcer, uncontrolled hypertension, renal or hepatic impairment and with anticoagulants or NSAIDs. Inform the doctor or dentist before surgery.
অ্যাজমা, পেপটিক আলসারের ইতিহাস, অনিয়ন্ত্রিত উচ্চ রক্তচাপ, কিডনি বা যকৃতের সমস্যা এবং অ্যান্টিকোয়াগুল্যান্ট বা NSAID-এর সাথে সতর্কতা প্রয়োজন। অস্ত্রোপচারের আগে চিকিৎসক বা দন্তচিকিৎসককে জানান।
যাদের জন্য নিষেধ
Active peptic ulcer, bleeding disorders such as haemophilia, hypersensitivity to aspirin or other NSAIDs, children under 16 years (risk of Reye's syndrome) and the last trimester of pregnancy.
সক্রিয় পেপটিক আলসার, হিমোফিলিয়ার মতো রক্তক্ষরণজনিত রোগ, Aspirin বা অন্য NSAID-এর প্রতি অতিসংবেদনশীলতা, ১৬ বছরের কম বয়সী শিশু (রাই সিনড্রোমের ঝুঁকি) এবং গর্ভাবস্থার শেষ তিন মাস।
সংরক্ষণ
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place, away from light. Keep out of the reach of children.
৩০°সে. তাপমাত্রার নিচে, আলো থেকে দূরে, ঠান্ডা ও শুষ্ক স্থানে রাখুন। শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে রাখুন।
