Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, back pain, sprains and other musculoskeletal pain, post-operative and post-traumatic pain, dental pain and period pain.
Gel: local pain and inflammation of muscles, joints and tendons.

ফার্মাকোলজি
Diclofenac is a phenylacetic acid derivative NSAID. It inhibits cyclo-oxygenase and reduces prostaglandin synthesis, giving marked anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects.
Diclofenac ফিনাইলঅ্যাসিটিক অ্যাসিড শ্রেণির একটি NSAID। এটি সাইক্লো-অক্সিজিনেজ এনজাইমকে বাধা দিয়ে প্রোস্টাগ্ল্যান্ডিন তৈরি হওয়া কমায়, ফলে প্রদাহ, ব্যথা ও জ্বর কমে।
মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Adult (oral): 75 to 150 mg daily in 2 to 3 divided doses after food; sustained-release 100 mg once daily.
Suppository: adult 75 to 150 mg daily in divided doses; child over 1 year 0.5 to 2 mg/kg daily in 2 to 3 divided doses.
Injection: 75 mg once daily (twice daily in severe cases) by deep intramuscular injection, for not more than 2 days.
Gel: apply to the affected area 3 to 4 times daily.
প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক (মুখে): দৈনিক ৭৫ থেকে ১৫০ mg, ২ থেকে ৩টি বিভক্ত মাত্রায়, খাবারের পর; সাসটেইন্ড রিলিজ ১০০ mg দিনে ১ বার।
সাপোজিটরি: প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক দৈনিক ৭৫ থেকে ১৫০ mg বিভক্ত মাত্রায়; ১ বছরের বেশি বয়সী শিশু দৈনিক ০.৫ থেকে ২ mg/kg, ২ থেকে ৩টি বিভক্ত মাত্রায়।
ইনজেকশন: ৭৫ mg দিনে ১ বার (তীব্র ক্ষেত্রে দিনে ২ বার) মাংসপেশির গভীরে, ২ দিনের বেশি নয়।
জেল: আক্রান্ত স্থানে দিনে ৩ থেকে ৪ বার লাগাতে হবে।
পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
Abdominal pain, nausea, indigestion, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness and skin rash. Less commonly gastric ulcer or bleeding, raised liver enzymes, fluid retention and kidney impairment.
পেট ব্যথা, বমি বমি ভাব, বদহজম, ডায়রিয়া, মাথাব্যথা, মাথা ঘোরা ও ত্বকে ফুসকুড়ি। কম ক্ষেত্রে পাকস্থলীতে আলসার বা রক্তক্ষরণ, লিভার এনজাইম বেড়ে যাওয়া, শরীরে পানি জমা এবং কিডনির কার্যকারিতা কমে যাওয়া।
সতর্কতা
Take after food. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time. Use with caution in the elderly and in asthma, hypertension, heart, kidney or liver disease and a history of peptic ulcer. Avoid in suspected dengue fever.
খাবারের পর সেবন করুন। সবচেয়ে কম কার্যকর মাত্রায় ও স্বল্পতম সময়ের জন্য ব্যবহার করতে হবে। বয়স্ক রোগী এবং হাঁপানি, উচ্চ রক্তচাপ, হৃদরোগ, কিডনি বা লিভারের রোগ ও পেপটিক আলসারের ইতিহাস থাকলে সতর্কতা প্রয়োজন। ডেঙ্গু জ্বর সন্দেহ হলে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
যাদের জন্য নিষেধ
Hypersensitivity to diclofenac, aspirin or other NSAIDs. Active peptic ulcer or gastro-intestinal bleeding. Heart failure, ischaemic heart disease, peripheral arterial disease or cerebrovascular disease. Severe kidney or liver impairment. Last trimester of pregnancy.
Diclofenac, Aspirin বা অন্য NSAID-এর প্রতি অতিসংবেদনশীলতা। সক্রিয় পেপটিক আলসার বা পরিপাকতন্ত্রে রক্তক্ষরণ। হার্ট ফেইলিউর, ইস্কেমিক হৃদরোগ, প্রান্তীয় ধমনীর রোগ বা মস্তিষ্কের রক্তনালীর রোগ। কিডনি বা লিভারের তীব্র সমস্যা। গর্ভাবস্থার শেষ তিন মাস।
সংরক্ষণ
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place, away from light. Keep out of the reach of children.
৩০°সে. তাপমাত্রার নিচে, আলো থেকে দূরে, ঠান্ডা ও শুষ্ক স্থানে রাখুন। শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে রাখুন।
