Injection: serious infections and surgical prophylaxis.

ফার্মাকোলজি
Cephradine is a first-generation cephalosporin. It is bactericidal, inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, and is active against many Gram-positive and some Gram-negative bacteria.
সেফরাডিন একটি প্রথম প্রজন্মের সেফালোস্পোরিন। এটি ব্যাকটেরিয়ার কোষপ্রাচীর তৈরি বন্ধ করে ব্যাকটেরিয়া ধ্বংস করে এবং অনেক গ্রাম-পজিটিভ ও কিছু গ্রাম-নেগেটিভ ব্যাকটেরিয়ার বিরুদ্ধে কার্যকর।
মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Adult (oral): 250-500 mg every 6 hours, or 500 mg-1 g every 12 hours; maximum 4 g daily.
Child: 25-50 mg/kg daily in 2-4 divided doses.
Injection (IM/IV): 500 mg-1 g every 6 hours, or as directed by the physician.
প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক (মুখে): ২৫০-৫০০ mg প্রতি ৬ ঘণ্টা অন্তর, অথবা ৫০০ mg-১ g প্রতি ১২ ঘণ্টা অন্তর; দৈনিক সর্বোচ্চ ৪ g।
শিশু: দৈনিক ২৫-৫০ mg/kg, ২-৪টি বিভক্ত মাত্রায়।
ইনজেকশন (মাংসপেশি/শিরায়): ৫০০ mg-১ g প্রতি ৬ ঘণ্টা অন্তর, অথবা চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী।
পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal discomfort, skin rash, itching.
Rarely: allergic reactions, antibiotic-associated colitis.
বমি বমি ভাব, বমি, ডায়রিয়া, পেটে অস্বস্তি, ত্বকে ফুসকুড়ি, চুলকানি।
কদাচিৎ: অ্যালার্জিজনিত প্রতিক্রিয়া, অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক-জনিত কোলাইটিস।
সতর্কতা
Use with caution in patients allergic to penicillin (cross-sensitivity may occur). Reduce the dose in renal impairment.
Complete the full prescribed course. Use only on the prescription of a registered physician.
পেনিসিলিনে অ্যালার্জি আছে এমন রোগীর ক্ষেত্রে সতর্কতা প্রয়োজন (ক্রস-সংবেদনশীলতা হতে পারে)। কিডনির সমস্যায় মাত্রা কমাতে হবে।
নির্ধারিত কোর্স সম্পূর্ণ করুন। শুধুমাত্র রেজিস্টার্ড চিকিৎসকের প্রেসক্রিপশন অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার করুন।

Hypersensitivity to cephalosporins.

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place, away from light. Keep out of the reach of children.
Use the reconstituted suspension within the period stated on the label.
৩০°C তাপমাত্রার নিচে, আলো থেকে দূরে, ঠান্ডা ও শুষ্ক স্থানে রাখুন। শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে রাখুন।
প্রস্তুতকৃত সাসপেনশন লেবেলে উল্লিখিত সময়ের মধ্যে ব্যবহার করুন।
